Please read this carefully as it outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a replacement or refund for both digital and print products purchases made through our website.
1. Print Version
1.1 Refund or Replacement Eligiblity
We offer a 7-day refund and return policy for print book purchases in the event that the product is damaged during the shipping by the courier. To be eligible for a refund and request for a replacement, you must meet the following criteria:
- You have made the purchase of the print book from our website.
- Your request for a refund is made within 7 days of receiving the damaged product.
- The print book is in its original condition upon receive, and the damage is a result of the courier's mishandling. Other damages are not covered.
1.2 Refund or Replacement Process
To request a refund or replacement for a print book purchase due to courier damage, please contact us via cs@kokomonster.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged product. In your request, provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or evidence of the damage to the product
- A brief description of the damage
In your request, please specify whether you would like a refund or a replacement for the damaged print book. If you choose a replacement, we will arrange for a new copy of the print book to be delivered to you.
Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged print book to us (if applicable). You will have to cover the cost of return shipping for the damaged product if you are requesting for a refund.
Upon receiving the returned print book and confirming the damage, or upon receiving your request for a replacement, we will process the refund or arrange for the replacement within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase of the product.
2. Digital Version
Please note that the digital version is non-refundabe. Once a digital version of the product is purchased, we cannot offer a refund. If you encounter any technical issues with your digital product, please contact us at cs@kokomonster.com for assistance.
3. Digital & Print Version
The terms and conditions outlined above for the Print version of the product applies for the digital & print version of the purchase, except with the below term:
3.1 Refund Amount
If you requested for a refund upon receiving a damaged product as a result of courier mishandling, you will be refunded with the amount that is equivalent to the price of the printed version of the same product (less tax and payment handling fee). The digital version of the product in the bundle is non-refundable.
